When does my Purchase Request become an Order?
Our Web site has been designed to allow you to submit your product shopping list to us quickly and easily. Once we receive your request, your dedicated promotions consultant will contact you to confirm all product and customization choices and all pricing. Your request will only become an order after you’ve approved all details with your consultant.

How do your design/art services work?
We have over 80 artists and designers on staff dedicated to developing customized artwork for your order. Your promotions consultant will work with you to define your need and our artists and designers will develop multiple concepts for your consideration. Once you approve your artwork, your project will go into production.

When does my order go into production?
Production begins when you’ve approved your customized artwork and product specifications.

How long will it take to produce my customized product?
Every product has its own unique production time. For most products, a production time has been estimated -- in business days -- based on historical production time of that product. Production does not begin until you've approved all artwork and product specifications.

When does a price quote expire?
All price quotes are valid for 30 days. Please contact your promotions consultant for more details related to your specific price quotes.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Your promotions consultant will confirm all aspects of your order before your project goes into production. You will receive a written recap of all your project specifications for your records.

How can I check my order status?
You can check the status of both your purchase requests and orders on the ‘My Account’ section of our Web site. You can also e-mail or call your dedicated promotions consultant.

What are my shipping options?
We guarantee timely delivery of your products to your facility, event or conference. Your promotions consultant will discuss with you the most efficient shipping option to meet your needs.

What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders, but require that funds are cleared before we process the order.

Why am I being charged tax?
In accordance with applicable law, all items mailed to "out of state" addresses will be exempt from PA state sales tax.
ADVANCE Custom Promotions currently collects tax in the state of Pennsylvania. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and gift wrap fees (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

How can I change my e-mail and/or password?
To change the e-mail address or password associated with your account, sign in to My Account using the e-mail address and password currently associated with your account, and click the "Change E-mail" or "Change Password" link under the Account Settings heading. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communications preferences will be automatically associated with your new e-mail address.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?
We cannot tell you your current password, but we can help you acquire a new one. Your new password will be generated randomly by the site and will be e-mailed to the address associated with your account. When you are on the sign on page, simply click the "Forget Your Password?" link. The site will prompt your further.
